G+ computer works great

Got the G+ GPS Bike Computer a few weeks ago and it's been pretty solid. It picked up satellites fast and the display was easy to read, even in bright sun. Setup was a breeze, just turn it on and go. Felt good to have my speed and distance without fiddling with my phone.

Another solid purchase

This is my third order from Xoss; previously bought a G+ and a heart rate monitor. This time I picked up the Smart Tail Light. It arrived quickly, even a day earlier than the tracking said. The quality is consistent with my other Xoss products – it feels well-made and the light is bright enough for my evening rides. It connected to my G+ without any fuss. Good to see they keep up the reliability.

NAV computer and accessories

I ordered the NAV GPS Bike Computer, an Out-front Bike Mount, and a Silicone Protective Case. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. Shipping took about 8 days, which was within the timeframe they gave. Everything arrived well-packaged. The NAV computer itself has been really good; the GPS is quick to lock on and the screen is clear. Battery life seems decent too. The out-front mount feels sturdy, and the silicone case fits perfectly, adding some protection which is nice. I had a quick question about connecting it to Strava, and customer support replied to my email within a day with clear instructions. Overall, a positive experience and good value for the price.

Saved some money on sensors

I was looking for some new sensors and checked out Xoss. They had a bundle discount for the Vortex Cadence Sensor and Vortex Speed Sensor together. It worked out cheaper than buying them separately or from other brands. The sensors paired up without a hitch and have been accurate so far. Shipping was free too, which always helps with the budget. Felt like I got a good deal without sacrificing quality.

Hey guys, thinking about getting the XOSS NAV. How long does shipping usually take to, say, California? Need it before a trip next month.

L Lisa 1 month ago
Mine got to LA in about a week and a half, maybe 10 days total. I think they ship from overseas so it's not Amazon prime fast but pretty decent.

Yeah, I'm in NorCal and my G+ arrived in like 8 days. Not bad at all for free shipping.

Are these XOSS devices genuine or like, knockoffs? Price seems almost too good to be true compared to Garmin or Wahoo.

J James Patel 2 months ago
They're a legitimate brand, just focused on being budget-friendly. Not knockoffs. Been using their G+ for over a year, works great and connects to Strava perfectly.

Totally genuine. They're a real company making their own stuff. The lower price just reflects their market strategy compared to the big names like Garmin.

Anyone know if the XOSS heart rate monitor chest strap is any good? Is it accurate compared to like, a Garmin one? Or should I just bite the bullet and get a Wahoo?

M Marcus M. 2 months ago
I have the X2 chest strap and it's been solid for me. Compares really well with my friend's Garmin strap when we ride together. No complaints.

For the price, it's totally accurate. I've cross-referenced it with my Apple Watch and it's always super close. Wahoo is great but pricier for essentially the same data.

Just found a 15% off code. Can I combine it with the bundle deal for the G+ and the speed/cadence sensor? Or is it one or the other?

C Chris Z. 2 months ago
Pretty sure most codes don't stack with existing sales or bundle prices. I tried something similar last year and it only let me use one discount.

Yeah, generally, if it's already discounted, you can't add another coupon. It's usually either the bundle price or the coupon on full-price items, afaik.

What's the deal with returns if I get a GPS computer and it's not quite what I expected? Easy process or a headache?

T Tom 1 month ago
I returned a heart rate monitor that I accidentally double-ordered. Process was pretty straightforward, just follow the instructions on their site. Got my refund within a week or so.

yeah returns were easy, did it last month with a cadence sensor that I didn't end up needing. no issues.
